This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to Runplane subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, handling all billing, payment processing, and refund requests on our behalf.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. The trial provides full access to Starter-tier features. No payment is taken during the trial period, so no refund is applicable.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the billing period
  • Your account transitions to read-only mode after the period ends

4. Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge with your transaction details.

Major Service Outages

In the event of a prolonged, major service outage (exceeding 24 hours) that significantly impacts your ability to use the service, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period. Requests must be made within 14 days of the outage.

Billing Errors

If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a billing system error, we will refund the difference or provide account credit at your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Unused features or quota within an active subscription
  • Plan downgrades (the difference is not refunded)
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features after purchase

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages)

7. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

8. Enterprise Agreements

Customers on Enterprise plans with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding cancellation and refunds. Custom terms supersede this policy.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
