Plans and Billing
Plans are billed monthly unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices displayed exclude taxes unless stated; taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Current plans:
- Starter: $129/month
- Growth: $499/month
- Scale: $1,990/month
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is Merchant of Record for all Runplane transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Trial access ends when the trial period expires unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee using your saved payment method.
We send a reminder email before each renewal. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account transitions to read-only mode after the billing period ends
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Receipts and Invoices
Receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy and sent to your billing email address after each successful payment. You can also access billing history through your account dashboard.
